“Let’s show people what we actually do—not just the end result, but the transformation.”
Xander wasn’t interested in a generic highlight reel. He wanted to tell a story: the grit, the planning, the execution, and the reveal. His mission was simple—to visually communicate the craftsmanship, teamwork, and excellence that sets GCore apart on the Georgia Coast.

GCore Construction is a premier renovation company based on Saint Simons Island, GA. With a focus on high-end home renovations and commercial transformations, Xander and his team specialize in turning their clients’ dreams into tangible, beautiful realities. From interior design partnerships to structural overhauls, their work blends innovation with coastal craftsmanship.

Our Approach
To capture the scope and scale of the work, we developed a three-phase shoot strategy:
Before – Clean architectural shots, drone footage, and lifestyle context to show the untouched space.
During – Gritty, real-time footage of construction crews at work. Power tools, demolition, framing—it’s all there.
After – Cinematic interior reveals, client walk-throughs, and atmospheric shots showcasing the craftsmanship in perfect light.
We focused on natural lighting, slow cinematic movement, crisp audio, and catchy music to highlight textures, materials, and the human element behind the build.
